Camera access is used only when you choose Take photo. The system picker grants access to the image you select; FOCALUNE does not request access to your entire photo library. Selected and captured files, their format, size, source and creation time are stored locally to display images and restore history.
The app keeps up to 20 images in private local history, removing older library copies as new ones are added. Clear History deletes the app library copies and history index. Uninstalling removes app-private data. Temporary camera or picker files may remain in app cache until the system clears them or the app is uninstalled. Original gallery files and copies exported to system Photos are not deleted by Clear History; manage those in your Photos or Files app. Android app backup is disabled.
Save writes a real image file to system Photos. Share opens the Android share panel; only when you choose a recipient is the selected image passed to another app. That app handles the copy under its own policy. Files may retain embedded image metadata; review your image before sharing.
This edition does not upload photos or send analytics, advertising identifiers or diagnostic data to FOCALUNE or an AI provider. It has no app account or cloud storage and cannot generate AI images. Provider processing remains blocked until privacy review and processing consent are complete. Disabled data-sharing switches are not proof of zero data retention.
This policy is available offline. The website describes the broader service and future cloud-processing commitments, which do not enable AI in this edition. A future online release requires updated provider, region, retention and consent disclosures before processing. If you email support, your email and anything you attach leave the device through your email service; please do not include photos or sensitive information unnecessarily.
